Over the years HLB TAXLEX has been able to develop considerable experience and specialization in the field of value creation and M&A, particularly in the wine, tanning technology and waste management and disposal sectors.

The activity of HLB TAXLEX within these operations consisted both in the study of the reference market in order to identify potential new acquisitions and in the due diligence activity of the target entities.

Subsequently, HLB TAXLEX was able to make its own contribution both to contractual assistance aimed at closing and in the execution of the complex activities deriving from the agreements underlying the acquisition.

In 2019, the overall operations of HLB TAXLEX in the M&A area involved operations for a total value of approximately 45 million euros, placing our firm among the most active in this specific sector.
